Dr. Valela was awsome a usual, Donna and Tia rocked too. My only and MAJOR complaint was that when I went into the store 11 days earlier to check frames and prices b4 making an appointment that the clerk did NOT know her stuff! I was quoted a price for exam and 2 complete sets of glasses. Yesterday, as I sat down to order the exact glasses I'd gotten a quote for...it was OVER $200 more!!! I was blindsided! Id already had and paid 4 my exam, so what was I to do??? I went there specifically 4 the frames I got. Definitely a learning experience. A VERY, VERY expensive experience! If you find yourself getting a quote here, make sure special lenses arent necessary 4 the frames, some frames are only single vision at the marked price, and the 2 for special prices...you CAN NOT just pay the difference in frame price. Although that was what I was quoted. The clerk did not know the correct info. Disappointing and expensive. My $239 out the door quote ended up almost $450 before I was given a first time customer coupon. Thank you 4 that.

Great service Donna and Tia and the Doc and they were professionally courteous to tell me I couldn't get my Cartier frames down there( yeah I tried it), but I left out with a new pair of Versace glasses completely understanding and satisfied... thanks Eye Mart...10 stars, oh I like my free second pair and you get them in MAYBE an hour instead of 4-6 weeks

After being in a car accident that I was lucky to walk away from, unfortunately my glasses didn't have the same luck. Being basically legally blind without corrective lenses, on top of bouncing around on a pair of crutches with only half of my frame what's miserable. I had already stopped at two of Eyemart's competitors and was told they didn't have any openings for at least a week at both places. With the loyal customers I'm sure they have it was the same situation here-but this was the first place that had any sort of empathy for me whatsoever. I was told if I can make it back by the time that was given I could take a canceled appointment. Not only great customer service but they are able to create your lenses right in the store same Day within 1 hour and it was half the price I was quoted at one of their competitors! Horrible location for their store unfortunately-they should be right out by the road with someone waving a sign! I'll be back Thank you all again!
