I highly recommend this location and place to assist you with what you need. Oh Ask for Theresa (I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name right I'm sorry luv) but she's the reason why I will continue to come back and refer more ppl to come. Her kindness, patience, understanding, always trying to find ways to assist her customers, and she knows a lot about the business. Thank you Theresa for your help and never giving up with today's technology with getting what I needed done.

I had an outstanding experience at MyEyeDr./Rx Optical in Benton Harbor, MI!!!! From start to finish, everything was professional, and friendly. Teresa, the manager, went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses (I'm excited about my Ray-Ban Meta glasses). She spent valuable time with me, offered great advice, and made the process enjoyable. Her professionalism and care really stood out. Dr. Haskins was equally impressive. The eye exam was extremely thorough, and she explained everything clearly. I felt so confident that I was getting the best eye care possible. I would highly, highly recommend this location, especially Teresa and Dr. Haskins. If you're looking for exceptional service and expertise, this is the place to go!!!!

Everyone was very welcoming from beginning to end of my appointment. They took very good care of my eye exam and helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. Teresa took care of me from beginning to end, wonderful personality, loving and caring!!

Went in for a routine check up and Erica was so nice and easy to work with. She really knows what she's talking about and the process was quick and easy. Also, the manager, Theresa, is amazing and so so helpful!
