Excellent! I have never had a bad experience here. All of the doctors and techs are phenomenal. Kind. Patient. Courteous. They truly care, take their time with you and are very thorough. Eyeglass technicians are great at helping to personalize your frames and lenses, while using the latest technology. Front desk service is great. Never have to wait long for any of the services. Wide selection of frames to choose from and work with most insurance providers. The practice is highly attentive to detail and anywhere you go in the office is in pristine condition. There are also single bathrooms on-site in the lobby area. Their prices are comparable to others, in addition to a variety of products offered and contact lenses, too. For frames, typically what is on display is what you have to choose from, however some frames can be ordered. They make you feel important and will do everything they can to ensure you are completely satisfied. I have been going here for I believe 5 years now, and am so happy to have been referred here. As long as they remain here in Birch Run and their doors are open, I will not go anywhere else!

Extremely patient and kind with my son. Everyone there took the time to explain things to us and made us feel welcome. Definitely one of those offices that just feel like they're a family. Loved our experience all together!
