Allie was amazing! She helped me get new lenses, and when I told her I was concerned that the old lenses weren't measured correctly, she double-checked everything to make sure the new lenses are right. I just got them yesterday and they are perfect! I appreciate the attention to detail!

I came to this location to exchange glasses I initially thought I liked but wasn't happy with. Michael assisted me in choosing a new pair and was incredibly patient and honest about what styles did and didn't suit me. I truly appreciated his guidance. Thank you for the excellent service!

What started out as a bit of frustrating visit was quickly made into a great one thanks to Michael. He went above and beyond to make sure my son wasn't without glasses after breaking his. His kindness and empathy went a long way with us.

Customer service: ***** Professionalism: ***** Timeliness: * I had an appointment on 10/4/2025 at 9:30 am, and was not able to get checked out to leave until close to noon. I didn't even end up buying frames because I was so frustrated and just wanted to leave by the time anyone was able to meet with me. I will be taking my prescription to an online provider and purchasing from there. This was a Saturday, and they seemed understaffed. To be clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional and always apologized for the waits, but it seems like there's an understaffing and/or computer systems problem here. Everyone at the front seemed to be trying to patch leaks quickly when customer traffic increased unexpectedly, and the optometrist in the back kept asking the tech to help him with entering prescriptions, which furthered delays.

The employees were all nice. There was an issue with my insurance not being accepted, but the manager waived the exam fee and gave me an 'insurance courtesy credit', so it ended being under $300 for my new glasses! The glasses were ready just over a week later, and they had us test them and offered to make any needed adjustments to the frames. Prescription came out right, frames were good, and everyone was friendly!

Thank you Scott & Michael! Every question was answered. Every step was seamless. They got me through every part of my appointment with ease. Super thankful for this location. It was the nicest one I've been to. Very clean and a great selection.

ALLIE!!!!!! She is so friendly, she deserves a bonus of some sort! She saved me so much money!!! She went above and beyond for me THE CUSTOMER she showed me how to pay with Venmo, SHE added it to my phone (with my permission) she taught me something I didn't know!! Way to go ALLIE!!
