Great doctor but absolutely terrible staff and policies. Refuses to give a full prescription with pupillary distance unless you purchase glasses. Absolute joke that they punish people without insurance by refusing to measure their pupillary distance thereby preventing them from ordering glasses at a reasonable price. Not everyone has insurance!

I called SVS frustrated because I hadn't received the contacts I ordered. Jamie helped me with a pleasant attitude even though I had a short tone. I expressed my frustration and how I needed contacts for an upcoming trip. Jamie said she will set a pair of contacts aside for me so I would have at least a pair ready. She then called me back an hour later, explained what the issue was, and assured me my contacts would be express shipped the following day. I do not write reviews but her help and great customer service deserves to be celebrated.

I've been bringing my kids here for a couple years since it's the closest one to us. The front desk staff always seems bothered or annoyed when you call and check in. I tried to just push past that but today my daughter had an appointment we were TWO minutes late due to traffic and refused to be seen. This is absurd as we are never seen on time for an appointment and wait until after our time usually. Frustrating to have to change plans and replan because of two minutes and already in the parking lot. Will be looking elsewhere.

We went there with all of our children. Four children rushed after school through horrible weather and literally was two minutes late turned around and stated they could not take the appointment being two minutes late either you guys have a absolute booking issue or the person that was serving the front desk that day was in a really bad mood. This is unacceptable behavior and unacceptable customer service

I went to my appointment at 10 I was told 9:30 instead of trying to fit me in they said i had to reschedule, they said they called me to remind me of my appointment, LIE, I never got a phone call or missed phone call!! Customer service is terrible, rude and not helpful,, I drove to far to get turned away, well they lost my business!!!
