Dr. Birchmeier is excellent. He gave a very thorough exam, provided a lot of information about what he was doing, why he was doing it, and things I should consider in my future. He patiently answered all questions and took his time with the full exam. I never felt rushed or like "a number" -- he seemed to truly care. After I had my prescription filled elsewhere, but was not happy with the resulting new glasses, he gave me a quick re-exam to confirm the original prescription. Turned out it needed a slight adjustment. He never made me feel bad that I had opted to fill the prescription somewhere other than Pearle Vision. I appreciated his professionalism and caring attitude.
