They performed an thorough eye exam with dialaction and took pictures of my eyes for comparison to next year's exam. The Doctor was professional and kind. The person who assisted me with picking out new glasses and looking into an issue with a older pair of glasses ( not purchased from here) went above and beyond in trying to get the old lens covered under warranty.

My recent vision test showed cataracts in both eyes. I chose Clark Tait Eye Center for my initial evaluation, and possibly surgery. They confirmed my personal details, including insurance information. The soonest available appointment was 7 weeks away. I took it. I showed up the day of my appointment and at check-in was told "we don't accept your insurance". Nice. How does that happen? I gave my insurance information when the appointment was made, so I just don't understand. I took time off from work for this appointment, and waited almost 2 months to be seen. I can't speak to my like/dislike of the doctors, but if reception can't handle making a simple appointment, I'm glad I didn't trust my eye health to their office. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

A five Star experience from beginning to end. The office staff is very professional and polite. My experience with Dr Connolly was excellent from his kind demeanor to his thorough exam. He explained everything that was happening as well as my treatment options. I had a great time choosing frames with the expert help of Shannon and some interested bystanders! Not only do my glasses look and feel great, but I can see too!!! Thank you for an outstanding experience!! PS - The new office is beautiful too!!
