This was my first time using Gysel Optical. I am very impressed with the customer service of everyone I met there. The staff was professional, very helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my experience at Gysel Optical and would highly recommend them.

EXCELLENT! I went to a previous optician for 20 years who retired. I was so reluctant to trust somebody else. My previous optician always picked out my frames and I thought I would never find the same type of customer awareness and service, enters Jeff.....boy was I WRONG. Jeff was AMAZING! He found frames that were just perfect, so perfect I couldn't decide so I had to get both. I am EXTREMELY picky on quality of frame and lenses. I am totally satisfied. Jeff was wonderful to work with, kind, not rushed, tuned in, and willing to work around a back injury preventing me from leaning forward or sitting long. A+.

This place is amazing! I walked in there completely defeated and preparing to be told my glasses couldn't be fixed. This man had my glasses fixed in less than ten minutes and at a fraction of what it would've cost me to order new frames. They even look and fit better now than they did before. 10/10 recommend.

Optician Gysel is nothing short of a genius. I brought what I thought was a totaled out pair of glasses that had been stepped on/crushed and bent, and he set to work with an enthusiasm that was poetry in motion, like some Elvish artisan, in a very short time my glasses were good and actually better than new and, he didn't charge me a cent! Not enough superlatives for this establishment.
