I had an urgent eye issue & was referred to Dr. Kapadia. I was very nervous, no time to check profile of clinic nor doctor. I never had eye problems. They got me in right away& I left home immediately. Much to my relief, my entire experience was wonderful! From the front desk staff to the medical assistant to my scribe to Dr. Kapadia. All so caring, professional, friendly comforting....very thorough too. The clinic was exceptionally clean too! And Dr. Kapadia has excellent "bedside" manner, funny, engaging, reassuring, & answered all my questions. I highly recommend Eye Clinics of Michigan!

Dr.Kapadia is a great Dr, He is thorough and make sure to answer all questions you might have, I went to see him for glaucoma. My pressure was 36 in one eye and 40 in the other. He was very concerned. I went back for the second time today and he had got my pressure in my eyes down below 20. I highly recommend him and his staff is amazing

The only thing I don't like about this place is the wait. The waiting room is always packed full and you sit in another doctor's space. You wait 30 to 60 mins before you are called back to get the drops, then they send you back out to wait to be seen once the eyes dilate. I think they may over book in case someone doesn't show up. There should be no reason to be that crowded and that long of a wait to get drops in your eyes. After the drops everything went smoothly. I really like the staff there, they are always friendly and welcoming. That's why I almost gave them a 5.

The assistance and the doctor made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't totally happy with the news I received about my eyes, but I felt confident that they were going to be OK. The doctor told me he would watch the eye and take good care of me and I believe him because of the sincerity that he showed me when he told me I would recommend this clinic to all of my friends and family.
