Staff is exceptionally friendly and Doctor knows his stuff. It may be worthwhile to inform clients in advance that wait times often exceed the hour they were scheduled in for. Small children and babies tend to need a little more preparation for waits like such and an informed parent is a happy parent. But anyone who comes here for repeat visits knows it's worth the care you get. Once more, staff very clearly cares about the patients and they make it abundantly clear at every possible opportunity. Doctor McNally was so good with my normally fussy-for-appointments toddler when I brought her in the other day, she was all smiles with him ultimately and that alone makes me perfectly happy to schedule another follow-up. The wait we experience at this institute is because staff is quite frankly doing their absolute best and they seem to actually care about our ocular health and doing their jobs exceedingly well. A little more waiting than usual can actually be okay for a community that is kept in good health and I have seen not one single reason to believe that staff here is not delivering that much. Thank you for caring.

Horrible. Be prepared to wait over 2 hours . He insists on dilating pupils yearly even if you opt out due to neurological conditions. Unable to fill my glaucoma medication after quite literally begging them for it because I don't want a flare up. They said I need to come in first. IM COMPLETELY OUT. So grateful to leave this old clinic! Good riddance! *also no matter how they justify this it's truly not justifiable*

I've been going here for 3-4 years now I can honestly say it's the best eye doctor I've had and I save so much money on contacts and glasses wait time usually longer than expected but overall good service.

Saw Dr. McNally about a corneal abrasion. very impressed with the service I got, he's a very nice guy, friendly and knows his stuff. its clear within a couple minutes he's been around the block and knows his stuff. staff was friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience.

My fiance had her cataracts removed. And got the better lenses. Now, she has 20-15 vision, which is very worth the expense, and now the only glasses that she'll need are sunglasses and drinking glasses to toast Dr. Timothy McNally, his great staff, and The Surgery Center at Health Park, too!!! We'll raise a glass of Sparkling Grape Juice (red, for the blood of Jesus). God Bless, you all!!!

Dr. McNally has been our family's eye specialist for over 20 years. We trust him and know he cares about us. He takes his time to explain everything and sometimes you may have to wait to see him. But just remember he is probably giving someone else his undivided attention just like he would you. All the staff is friendly too. My only complaint is that they don't let you into the building early.

Dr McNally was great with my two young kids. He explained everything in a way we could understand. My biggest complaint was that he seemed to shut down when my husband told him his occupation. Other than that, our experience was very positive. Specifically the woman who fit us all for our frames - she was amazing!

Every time I bring my uncle here it takes hours... People's time is valuable, they should treat it as such. Last time it was atleast a 2 and a half hour wait... Already an hour past his appointment this time. Crazy
