From reading the reviews, I can see that this business has made an overwhelmingly positive impact on its patrons, and I'd like to add my name to the list of those who sing its praises. I went to this store on 11 October 2025. I'd been going to Pearle Vision on Miller road for years and never knew the Burton site existed, so since it was a much shorter drive I went to see how it was. I'm sorry I did not know about this location sooner. I saw Dr. Deek, who was knowledgeable and thorough, explaining each step of the exam fully, and the optical tech was Tammy, who could not have been more helpful and friendly. This is my new vision shop, and as long as my eyes continue to deteriorate, I'll keep coming back.

Dr. Lee has gone above in beyond for our family. You don't expect someone with her expertise to be in a chain optometry store. It's practically like going to a good opthomologist. Plus, her staff is friendly and kind, and they make sure you are getting the best thing for your face and your budget.

I went to pick up lenses the lady was on the phone for about 10 minutes then she tells the person to hold on. She comes and ask what do I need. I told her picking up my lenses and she switches them out and ask me to read something when I stated that it is blurring she says maybe your holding it wrong. Then proceeds to tell me to come back in a week. She didn't even bother to clean the lenses after she installed them. I been a customer for years and get treated this bad because she having a phone conversation. I am looking for a new place.

I went into Pearle Vision today to ask for what I thought was a simple fix. My "nose rests" (I don't know the official name) on my glasses were missing. Trish and Janet were stellar. They wrestled with my glasses over 20 minutes to get those things on. I apologized for the difficulty of the issue. They said no problem and put new ones on. I was prepared to pay, but they said no way. Thanks Trish. Thanks Janet. I will come back to you and Pearle vision forevermore.
