Opticare Vision Center

The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They got me fitted and in and out right away. I will be a repeat customer

I was visiting Michigan from NY for a few days. The lens on my handle broke. It couldn't be repaired but the ladies in the vision center gave me a few choices of frames that my lenses could fit in. I chose one I loved. They popped the lenses out, popped it right into the new frames, made the necessary adjustments for me to wear it properly, and I was as good as new. I loved that they were friendly, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and EFFICIENT. I didn't break the bank but I look like a million bucks. I can't recommend them enough. Amazing business!

Great place to get your glasses! The staff are caring especially Alley she was very helpful to me. And if she doesn't know something she will find the answer. The company she works for cares about the customers satisfaction. I was not satisfied with my glasses and they replaced the lenses. I ended up needing a copper tint with bifocals to help me see better. And they replaced them with the insurance I had on them. Walmart wouldn't do that for me. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

The staff and management at Opticare really do care about their patients! When my insurance wouldn't pay for my new glasses, Opticare provided me with a new upgraded pair for free! This place is awesome!

The office is run efficient, professional and they answer all my questions (especially insurance coverage questions) that I have. If they don't know the answer, they are honest and will get the answer and get back with me. I'm especially partial to Piper. She had a lot of patience and with the price of glasses even with insurance. This company is a great asset to Caro.

The doctor was wonderful and personable. The staff were kind and genuine. Everyone there seemed like they truly like what they do and it showed. It was refreshing to be in such a positive atmosphere!

Opticare is the best place for eye care. They were excellent in service and gave me the best deal and their choice of frames was great. Very helpful in selecting the best frames to look great on my face. I had a choice of 3 frames that I chose to choose from and from those 3 I choose the color and style I liked best. They were very courteous and helpful. I love this place. I've went to other eye care places but I came back to Opticare and that's were I'll stay from now on. They have always accepted any Insurance I've had when other ones wouldn't accept my insurance.
