Everyone explained the testing they're doing and they answered my questions as well. Dr. Sensoli explained everything very well and why I needed the procedure. The procedure went well and I was pain free during the laser procedure. My vision is great today.

. significant dissatisfaction with the quality of services and professionalism at your office. Specifically, I have encountered the following issues: * Inconsistent Communication: Incoming calls are frequently routed to an external party rather than the requested office. Furthermore, promised callbacks are rarely, if ever, fulfilled. * Procedural Errors and Delays: My scheduled surgery was postponed twice. The first delay was due to a miscommunication between doctors and reception. The second was a cancellation 20 hours prior to the procedure due to a latex allergy issue that should have been addressed earlier. * Lack of Accountability and Contact Information: Attempts to identify appropriate staff, such as a director or manager, to discuss and resolve these issues have been unsuccessful. When speaking with staff, such as "Grace," it was clear they lacked essential contact information for their supervisors. These experiences represent a consistently low standard of service and professionalism that is unacceptable. I urgently request contact from a supervisory staff member who can directly address these systemic issues and discuss a path forward.
