Would not recommend. I continue to receive the same bill over and over again. The balance (and more) was already paid at my appointment. I provided proof of payment, but continue to receive no assistance from the billing department. When a response is recieved I am asked again to submit proof of payment or "no record of the payment" is the other answer even though I have provided proof of payment multiple times. Can you please explain how your company can't find a payment made on a debit card with proof of payment from a bank.

Great staff! Great physician! The only downfall is there are no luxury designer frames in this store except for Tom Ford. I've been coming here for over 10 years and I always have to buy my frame elsewhere and bring them back to add the lenses.

In the summer I went in for a contacts exam which my insurance covered and I paid $100 out of pocket for trial contacts which was daily pairs for about 2 weeks and I was told to make another appointment to come in again and order more but I ended up not making an appointment come to February I went in to ask for my contact prescription and Jill tells me I don't have one because I never came for a follow up appointment so it wasn't finalized I said no problem how can I get the contact prescription than she said u have to do the exam again but u have to pay out of pocket because ur insurance only covers it once a year & u already did it im like ok i already did it so why can't i make an appointment or u give it to me she said because i never came back within 30 days the prescription is considered not "valid" because it wasn't finalized so they want me to pay out of pocket almost $200 to do another exam that I already did when they never informed me that if I don't come back in 30 days that I won't have a prescription. They just want money apparently because it was their responsibility to inform me that I would have "30 days" to come back to finalize my contact prescription but they didn't do so and now are saying they won't give me my contacts perscriprion Jill did end up calling me a few minutes after saying that she spoke with her manager about giving me it out of courtesy although it was their responsibility have they told me this information I would've came back & done that follow up appointment she said that they would call me back so I can order my contact but have yet to do so! I called them again today I'm like can u guys just email me it the lady said we don't email anymore but I can said u a link to open ur portal and u can access it from their I said ok and still have not received anything. I'm not sure why they are making this hard on me. So I might have to go with taking this to corporate because this is just irresponsible and disrespectful on their end for not knowing how to communicate with a patient of theirs and blaming it on me for not coming back for a follow up when I was never informed. I'm coming back to my review to say that with the owners response to my review they stated that the "drs & staff" have to follow the guidelines and you said it right there as to why I was supposed to be informed that i had to come back within 30 days to finalize so I shouldn't have to go thru all this trouble because ur staff didn't inform me of the correct guidance to secure a finalized contact prescription so I will be taking my business elsewhere thank u.

Great professional and friendly service. The Doctor was thorough and informative, and Christina was awesome in helping me pick out the best frame! My eyes are in good hands!

My son received care from there before having surgery on his eyelid. I was so nervous but they took good care of us !!! And referred us to an awesome surgical place! My son was back to school after a few days & healed after two weeks!

First time at this business since they bought out my eyecare provider (the docs are still employed there). Excellent experience - the staff is friendly, attentive, helpful and fun to be around. Would definitely recommend! Prices are very reasonable as well.
