The DR was absolutely amazing. She was very informative and answered all my questions. The woman that worked the front desk was very polite. The woman who helped me pick my glasses and fit me for them seemed like she was annoyed I wasn't buying more products. "Well if you don't do this, you may have this problem" which I get, upselling is part of the job but her whole demeanor changed once I said I didn't want any extras. When I came in to pick up my glasses, the woman was incredibly rude, I told her they needed to be adjusted a little tighter and she snatched them from the counter and when I asked if she could clean them after or give me a cleaning cloth, she told me "cleaning cloths cost $5 but yeah, I guess we can clean them". I only gave this review a 3 because of the Dr and how fast my glasses arrived after ordering them.

Went in for an eye exam along with my family and the team there was amazing and very helpful. Willing to help any way possible and also were so patient with my kids to find the glasses were looking for. Glasses were ready shortly after our appointment.

Went in for an exam and I couldn't be more pleased with the staff! Dr Drennan took the time to explain the imaging, and my overall eye health. I learned more about my eyes in this visit than I ever have! Latricia was super helpful and patient in assisting with frames, etc. I ultimately went elsewhere to fill my prescription as I felt the cost was much more than I typically pay. Overall excellent experience and I'll definitely be back for future exams.

I went for a eye exam and safety glasses. The staff was very nice and informative. The doctor was very positive and knew her stuff. Dr. Asma Khan cares about her patients and give good advice about eyes.

Great experience the ladies that work there are very helpful and very respectful. They helped me to pick out glasses for my son. I will definitely be coming back.

Went in for my yearly eye exam and Dr. Asma Khan is great! She really takes her time to educate you on your eye health and whats best for your eyes! She answered all my questions and thoroughly addressed my concerns. I didn't feel rushed, she is a very considerate optometrist and very well learned! Will be coming back next year for sure!

Went to the SvS vision center in Dearborn Heights to get my eyes examined and to get a new pair of glasses. Everything went as planned, I was in and out within an hour that includes the exam and picking out my glasses. The women that work there are very friendly and helpful,I will be back.

I'm very disappointed! I ordered glasses which cost me quite a bit of money and twice now I've come back because I can't see clearly with them!!! I see better with my old glasses than these new ones. If this is not corrected this visit, I want my money back and believe me, I won't be back again!
