Eman was very helpful and extremely patient. She helped pick and choose the right glasses for me, without rushing the process. I was there until the store closed, and even with the store closing she wanted me to be happy with my selection. She was awsome. I never write reviews, but this experience with an employee named Santiago forced me to. He was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone, repeatedly putting me on mute as if he didn't know what he was doing. He also gave me incorrect information, saying my insurance wasn't accepted, but when I called another location, they confirmed that it actually was. Santiago made the entire process unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I hope management addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way or given inaccurate information that complicates their experience.

The Associate that waited on my husband and me was very nice and helpful and was very knowledgeable about all the different programs you had going on unlike your store Located in Lincoln Park I explained to Danna that the lady in Lincoln Park was very rude and disrespectful and may talk to my husband into buying a lot of things that he did not need. She straightened everything out. We were able to purchase two pair of glasses and was able to tell me how to go about getting my money back from the lady that was rude at the location in Lincoln Park. I love, Danna And will be back to that location in Dearborn again very soon for my son and myself. Thanks Danna for everything.

I had an eye exam (including an exam for contact lenses) about a week ago. When it was time to process my insurance (Davis Vision), they were unable to find it in the system. I verified with America's Best and my insurance provider ahead of the appointment that this provider was approved. It's been a week, and they still have not ordered my contact lenses/processed my insurance. It is very frustrating. I've called multiple times with no resolution or update. The front desk clerk suggested that I pay out of pocket to get my lenses since I've run out at this point. I do not recommend this organization or this location.

I did my glasses elsewhere, although several years ago, I did that through this company, I had quite a bit of positive things to say. Good pricess honest people, and referred few people to them back then. Shayma Very level headed young lady, went truly out of her way to assist me, although she had never dealt with me personally before. I had trouble with a 600 dollars eye glasses that I purchased from another vendor she even refused to accept money. I'm truly speechless for the kindness I received, and I can say the same thing about the rest of the team. . Kindly give those guys your business whenever you can!. There is no price tag on a kind, mindful, respectful treatment, Stay blessed!
