By far the best Doctor I have seen in years! He literally cure my long time suffering of dry eye syndrome after many plugs drops steroids nothing worked until I saw Dr Ali he prescribed me one eyedrop and bam. I have tears of joy. I cannot thank him enough. He knew exactly how to treat my situation after years of suffering.

Hello, I would like to share my experience regarding the front desk staff. Yesterday, I came to see the doctor, and the receptionist told me I needed to make an appointment because it was busy, so I scheduled for the next day. I called to inform them I would be five minutes late because of the traffic, and she said it was no problem. However, when I arrived, patients who came as a walk-in were seen first, and we were made to wait until the end. She also told me that some patients contact the doctor directly to get seen, which makes front desk appointments meaningless. The doctor's work is excellent, and I highly recommend him, but I think the front desk staff should be reviewed, as her approach is not patient-friendly."
