Fortney Eyecare Associates

I switched Optometrists 3 years ago because I absolutely love the customer service there. Would I recommend Fortney to my friends & family? Absolutely! My experiences there has always been nothing but exceptional!

Dr Hamade is very knowledgeable and friendly. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The Optician did an excellent job helping me find and fitting my new glasses. I highly recommend them and will be back next year. Tim P.

I recommend for no one to do business with these people. Could not figure out how to do billing on two separate cards. Meaning my eye med let alone my $260 supplemental through my flex card. Took us over two weeks to get a credit back to the flex card. Neither employee knew how to do. The billing couldn't get a phone call returned didn't even bother calling me back to say we figured it out how to do billing. I guess they didn't want the Business. A woman named DIAMOND was very rude and hung up on me after a week and a half of nobody trying to make a sale let alone remedy the issues. Do not give these people business. They don't care very dirty store also.

Have been going to Fortney Eyecare Associates for well over 30 years, and have been very pleased with their services. Inspite of working through an office remodeling, during yesterday's visit, the staff continued to be professional & helpful with my eyecare needs. Would revommend them to a friend.
