I have been coming here for several years now and they are amazing. I always have a great experience. Doctors and staff and very friendly, I never have to wait a long period of time and always leave happy.

A+ friendly and professional staff, very clean and modern facility! My visit was very expediant and all of my concerns were addressed. Dr. Hafeez is fantastic and a credit to his field.

Dr. Walter C. is the best. He is so happy and positive. Seeing him makes me happy. He took very good care of me doing my eye surgery. I am so happy I went to see him.

August 2024, I was directed to this Dearborn location because the Southfield location I generally prefer and go to had no availability for appointments. I head given an eye exam that did not include dilating my eyes. Dr. Toman Goldvekht completed my eye exam and provided a new prescription. Approximately a month later, I ordered new frames with my new script. Short of this long story is upon receipt of my new frame with the new script I immediately experienced severe headache and dizziness. I thought perhaps where I purchased my frame had mistakenly filled my script; turns out, per a Henry Ford Optometrist, my new script was grossly in error. I received their new script, went back to Dearborn and shared the information only for them to act like I did something wrong when Dr. Roman Goldvekht himself admitted his first script to me was wrong; it was too strong. Now I've requested reimbursement for my visit and the lens, they can put the correct lens in my frames and they refuse! APPALLING!!!! I have a new pair of frames I can do nothing with because of them!!!!!! I NEVER would've gotten my new deals with a wrong script except given by licensed optometrist!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE: no honesty here I will also be submitting a claim to the state

I walked in to turn in my prescription and I was greeted very poorly. The wait was extremely long and they were very rude and disrespectful. couldnt answer any questions that I had, basically I was more confused when I walked out than when I walked in. I decided to go somewhere else The management there needs to learn how to speak with the patient or they should change them all together. If i can give them zero stars I would.

I really like my experience at Michigan Eyecare Institution. Dr Roman is really helpful, and straightforward about his work, and patients. Very knowledgeable. He gives good advice and everything in terms of the speed and efficiency of service is excellent. Top notch stuff. The ladies at the front desk are helpful too and can tell you what u need to know. Overall good experience.

Made an appointment because I thought I had cataracts, turns out it was much worse. The Dr. that I saw told me that I needed to see another Dr. who specializes in what I have. They got me in the very next day and now I am doing better already. Everyone in the office are very nice and very professional. They treat their patients with care and compassion. I would highly recommend Michigan Eye Institute to all my family and friends.

They have no respect for patient. I had to leave the front desk. They did not even look at me and just said wait and my appointment was on time. I will never go back again.
