I wish I could give 0 stars, but I LOVE the Doctor. I've been coming to Midwestern Vision since I was a child along with my parents, but today was the most humiliating experience I've ever had. Michelle, the manager, was visibly frustrated with my kid's dad's insurance (which she admitted she has been since Friday & today is Monday) and took it out on me, expecting me to provide info I didn't have. I was there for my own appointment while also trying to help with my kids' info. Things escalated when another staff member, "Karen," jumped into the conversation, lashed out, and told me to leave and not come back. When I asked her name, she said "Karen"--and she really lived up to it. Michelle (THE MANAGER) allowed the behavior and kept discussing our insurance situation in front of others--clear HIPAA violation. I'll be taking my kids elsewhere. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Always got charged 60 dollars for a basic eye contacts exam lady told me it's gonna cost 60 $ when I scheduled my eye contacts exam!! over the phone I come in the lady asked if I was doing Eye contacts exam..i replied yes she told me Oh! it's gonna cost me 120$! Ok i paid taught nothing of it,my sister goes in for an eye contacts exam she pays 60$! I feel ripped of now....

Dr.Roman is the best eye Doctor, love him to pieces, he is just perfect at what he does, he is so knowledgable, caring and so patient with his patients, and gives really theral eye exams, Dr.Roman you are 100 in my book

The whole staff at Midwestern is phenomenal! Everyone treats you with kind and care and honestly make you feel like family. Every time you walk in you are greeted with a smile! I highly recommend everyone to come to this clinic!

Have no complaints about Midwest vision only the best care to date have gone here more than 15 yrs. As of 05-02-2018 I had appointment which Midwest canceled before good friday when I called to confirm left voice mail message because you will never get to speak during business hours that being said today I have been on hold three different times for more than 20 minutes, I'm done taking my business else where. Must say it was nice while it lasted.Also don't waste your time leaving voice message to date no one has returned call.

Horrible service especially with one of doctors don't remember his name. But he's wasn't friendly at all. Everytime he acted like he hates his job and you can tell from his unfriendly attitude

Love them soo friendly always willing to help and answer questions. I have been going to them to get glasses for my whole family for over 10yrs and the new building fits them just right, im glad they moved on maple street. They have great deals and a awesome selection... Check em out. Love you guys and see ya soon
