My mother, who is diabetic and battling stage 4 lung cancer, has been very lucky to have a very caring medical team at her disposal.
Unfortunately, I cannot count Dr. Kleinfeldt at this facility among them.
Extremely dismissive, arrogant, condescending, rushed through my mom's cataract removal follow-up visit (after which she experienced complications with her vision; he did nothing at all to help us understand why there were issues, except repeat himself as if he didn't owe us any other information) and was in and out of there. If it wasn't for the nurse who accompanied him (thank you SO much, Jill; we were extremely grateful for your patience and compassion and taking the time to help us understand the cause of my mom's issue. Thank you!) we would have left without understanding the issue. Staff was extremely pleasant across the board, so stars for that, but Dr. Kleinfeldt seems like a terrible human being with zero empathy. I would not wish his bedside manner upon anyone who has enough problems just struggling to be healthy.
The whole staff was amazing... made me feel safe because I had to have a new procedure.. but it was super smooth!!
I called because I was having some eye issues and possibly conjunctivitis and they told me that they didn't treat that that I would need to call an optometrist. I have been an established patient with them in the past. So I called an optometrist and they said they don't do that because it's medical and to call the ophthalmologist back so I called them back and she told me that I saw Dr. Deleta when I was there the last time and that he is an optometrist and could treat it and I said why did you tell me that when I called that that they couldn't.? Then I also said when I came to your office the first few times I asked to see an ophthalmologist because there's an eye condition that runs in my family and I was told I was seeing an ophthalmologist but now you're telling me he's an optometrist. She said yeah he is and then I said OK whatever, can you ask him what I should do and then also, can you book me an appointment with an ophthalmologist for a few weeks from now? When I'm better. She said why do you need to see one and I told her and she said oh I've never heard of such a thing- my reply- talk to the doctor, I'm sure he can educate you on it. Her name was Breanna and she was very ill informed. Be careful when you make appointments there because you're not seeing an ophthalmologist you're seeing an optometrist and they are two different things but they're billing you for seeing a specialist. This gal was seemed so uneducated yet she's working for them!
October 28th 2025 at 1:45 had appointment to see the Loma Dr I have a new patient I went in paid my 0 co-payment of receptionist took all my insurance information they took me back to the room 1 did the my chest for your test numbers then they dialed it in my mouth told me back into the building and spent me for about 15 minutes another lady come and got me took me back to room 1 she said the doctor refused to treat me because I was in a wheelchair it hurt my heart so bad why didn't they tell me from the get-go that they did not treat patients in wheelchairs I think it's there's a law something about this and after they download my eyes they made me leave I couldn't even see the push my way out of the building orders go have me trespassed what a disgrace my lawyer is working on this case as I speak
My wife has been a patient for almost 4 years. I have been a patient for almost a year.
Every 5 weeks I get an injection in my eye to prevent blindness.
Every time I have an injection I have to use a PTO day because after the eye dialation, I can't see anything.
I scheduled an appointment for September 22nd for 2:45 PM.
On the 22nd I also have an upper GI scope. I get a call on the 19th that the doctor has decided to take the afternoon off and wondered if I could come in during the morning. Latest would be 9:45 am. I told them I will be coming out of anesthesia at 9:45. They then asked if I could come early. Right. I want to be completely blind with a little bit of eye trauma before I go under for surgery. I asked if I will get a cancellation fee. She said she wouldn't charge me. I said no no, do I get the cancellation fee. She said no.
My wife and I will be finding a different doctor. I feel it was unprofessional to basically give me a days notice to reschedule so that he could take the day off.
Dr verb has great credentials and great knowledge of his work but he doesn't have any knowledge on how to treat patients. At least not this patient. He Was really short with me and treated me like I was a complete idiot...! I won't be scheduling any more appointments with him. He wouldn't listen to me and he was condescending and rude towards me. I also didn't like him doing a double take on me. This was my first time seeing him. Where's doctor Kizzy ?? She's very caring and kind and professional..How can you let this guy replace her?????
This was our third visit. I am absolutely furious with the way my son's appointment was handled. We arrived at 2:43 PM for a 2:45 appointment, and the parking lot was packed. There were only three spots left, which I found odd since I expected the lobby to be full, but there were only four other patients. I made a comment to the receptionist about the full parking lot, and she smugly responded that there were three doctors and all patients were in the back. Despite this, a patient who arrived after us was immediately called back, which prompted another patient to ask why she was waiting so long. The receptionist's response was that the wait was due to the patient coming early. I'm not sure if she was called back before us, but it clearly set the tone for how little they care about anyone's time.
We were led into the first room, and the initial exam was completed. Then we were sent to a second waiting area where we sat for 10-15 minutes. After that, we were taken to a testing area, where two tests were done, and three drops were placed in my son's eyes. As we were led back to another waiting area, I asked how long it would be before we saw the doctor. The response was 15-20 minutes. We waited for over 30 minutes, and at 4:20 PM, the doctor finally walked in. She didn't even acknowledge my son by name, and instead, she just went over the test results.
When I pointed out how completely disrespectful and inconsiderate it was to have a patient wait an hour and forty-five minutes, the doctor gave a blank, generic apology: "I try to see everyone, and I'm sorry your experience was negative." This isn't a genuine apology--it's just a way to push people through as quickly as possible. It's clear the focus is not on patient care, but on money.
If this practice cared about anything other than maximizing profits, they would provide a more reasonable and respectful experience. Instead, it felt like we were being herded through like cattle, and the constant empty apologies did nothing to make up for the terrible experience. The only reason we didn't wait two hours is because the man ahead of us left in frustration.
When we were leaving, they asked if we wanted to schedule a return appointment. Absolutely not. We will NEVER be back.
If I could leave a review with no stars I would
When I picked "service" that truly is an understatement. The service included communication of exactly what they were going to do. Friendliness of a simple chat, the guidance I witness for another person to help & make them comfortable & Dr Ahmed to explain & give me knowledge of floaters vitamins & comfort that he was there for anything I needed. Thank you for every visit that is the best!
