I was seeing flashes out of my left eye and went to see Drr Yu. I was seen at my appointment time promptly. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. My exam was extremely thorough and very much to my satisfaction. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for good quality Eye Care. I came to Dr. Yu under the direction of my own physician who is also a patient.. I can see why he goes to this doctor.

I have worn glasses for 57 years and have had exams from many different doctors in those years. Dr. Yu is the best of all! His exams are in depth and thorough. Every part of what goes into a complete exam is well thought-out and handled professionally. The office staff is knowledgeable and kind. They care about their patients and are always willing to help solve problems. I have been a patient here for over 15 years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

While I initially appreciated how quickly I was seen for a prescription and found the eye technicians to be personable, my overall experience was negative. First, obtaining my prescription was more complicated than it should have been. When I received it, the prescription was illegible, and I had to call for clarification. Additionally, there was no itemized bill or appointment summary provided when I left. The real frustration began with my glasses order. It took 7 weeks to receive them because the wrong lenses were put in. After that, my order was "lost." Once they were reordered, they somehow arrived the next day, which suggests a mistake on their part. The glasses were supposed to be delivered to my house, but the optical staff member who promised delivery failed to follow through and did not inform me of this. The lack of professionalism and communication from the optical department was very frustrating. An apology or even a simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience would have gone a long way. I do appreciate the front desk staff member apologizing on behalf of the situation, but unfortunately, this experience has left a negative impression. I would not recommend this place based on the issues I encountered.

I have been seen by Dr Yu for many years. I have a complicated array of eye issues and I wouldn't trust anyone else to manage my care. Dr Yu and his staff provide flawless service and their attention to detail is appreciated.

Dr Yu is extremely knowledgeable, very attentive to detail, and very careful in the care he gives. As a healthcare professional, I have pretty high standards I judge by. He met them all and I have great confidence in him. He also treats my husband and went over and above in helping during a recent crisis. The staff are all very pleasant, competent, and helpful.

Quality Eye Care is the perfect name for this business. The front desk is professional and extremely helpful. The techs are excellent, explaining as they do different tests. And Dr. Yu is by far one of the best doctors we have ever seen. He encompasses all of the qualities mentioned above. Extremely patient and thorough in checking our eyes. We are grateful to have this doctor and staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Yu for several years and have always received exceptional care. Recently I had to have cataract surgery. Dr Yu and his staff provided detailed information on the procedure including benefits and possible side effects, which relieved my anxiety. All my appointments were set up and eye drop prescription was called in. The procedure on both eyes went extremely well. Post Op the office staff called me to see how I was doing. I went from very blurry vision to clear vision. I do not need readers. I am very happy with the results. I thank Dr Yu and the office staff for the exceptional care.
