My husband and I had an incredible experience at Seen Vision Care! From the moment we walked in, the friendly staff greeted us warmly, making us feel right at home. Even without an appointment, they quickly accommodated us with two available openings. The doctor was exceptional--so understanding and attentive to our needs. Been waiting for almost 2 months for my glasses and still haven't SEEN them. I was told it would take 30 days. They don't reach out to you to update you on your purchase or anything. I have never waited this long. I will be requesting a refund and taking my business else where. By far the worst experience purchasing glasses ever in my life. The 1st time I went to them was great got my glasses within a couple of weeks but this time horrible. I won't be going back to them nor will I refer anyone to them again.

Very poor experience, the eye exam took less than 5 Minutes. I called back for my prescription and had to wait hours to get a single email. They also lack variety of eyeglasses, I really expected a better experience.

First off Patrick is by far the most astonishing optician. He's honest, patient, skilled and has a great sense of humor. I love everything about my Cartier frames, definitely exceeded my expectations. I'm really particular and indecisive when it comes to making expensive purchases. He sat with me the entire time until I finally selected the perfect frame. I also wanted a specific color tint on my lenses and he made it happen. Thank you Patrick, you have a forever customer!
