Optical World has given me excellent service and reasonable prices, with my insurance. When I needed a minor repair (nose guards broke and needed replacement), I got very quick service, with a smile. I entered the store at 5:20pm. No problem.

I had a great experience. The staff was very personable and patient with me. I've been patronizing optical world over 30 years.

Awesome place - great people - My contacts were thrown out they went out if their way to help . They took my script and called around finding me the contacts I needed - and I wasn't even their customer - I would come here any time Can't say enough about the service

So I just picked up my glasses and they are fine but I am very disappointed that they don't give a free cloth with the glasses, I guess customer service or at least little small things like that cost now.

This place was recommended to me by a family member. I stopped by while on vacation looking for glasses for my granddaughter and I. The environment was not welcoming I felt as if I should have had an appointment because there was no help offer. So I called on another day to try and make an appointment, I was told I didn't need an appointment. I explained why I felt I did need an appointment, the lady apologize and told me to come again. This time I had my granddaughter with me and again no help, no conversation, no May I help you find something, no willingness to offer any customer service. Very disappointed.
