I was at the Mack location on 3/4/26 and 3/5/26. I strongly recommend that you request to see the lady doctor. She will exam your eyes carefully. I also recommend that you see Clifton and Kim. Kim is amazing and spent so much time to help me figure out things. She made sure everything was right. Kim went over the miles for me. Thank you all so much and I will be returning. Jackie was pleasant at the desk. I'm still working with lovely Kim.

SVS on Mack Ave. experience was terrible. They never answer the phone. Also the older lady that sits upfront when you first walk into the place has a very nasty disposition and shouldn't be first of contact with customers. Instead of her being understanding to what I was explaining to her, she wanted to argue even after explaining the situation a plethora of times. Phenomenal customer service is how businesses thrive and last. Thankfully the young male that is part of the management team made my experience much better.

Experienced a sudden change in vision, so I scheduled an eye exam at the first place that had a next-day appointment to make sure everything was okay. I'm so glad I stumbled upon this optical center. Staff was super nice and helpful, and the doctor gave me a thorough exam and reassured me that nothing serious was going on. I received my prescription, picked out my frames, and now I'm just waiting for my glasses to arrive in the mail. 10/10 experience

I brought my son in as a walk in but the system was down by the time we got there. Instead of the front desk person calmly explaining the situation, she made us feel uncomfortable and like we'd done something wrong by trying to patronize their business. She was very rude and unpleasant. I just walked out because of embarrassment plus I didn't want my 11 year old to think that it's ok to talk to people like that. We are living in stressful times, please improve your customer service.

Went in to buy a pair of sunglasses with my wife. We were rudely greeted by Jackie and then when we saw Jackie was done with the two guests that she had been helping we asked for her assistance because she was just wandering around. She rolled her eyes and said "you're gonna have to wait a while." We walked out.

It's been weeks (I ordered them a month ago) and I have no updates on when I will actually receive the glasses. I call daily and they cite they are contacting the lab but I never hear anything back.
Do they actually produce the glasses you pay for or do they just take your money and bill your insurance while you receive nothing. They don't return calls and they don't produce the goods you pay for. Do not use. At least Heritage Optical actually produces glaaaes. These folks just take your money and don't call you back.
