The staff was excellent. I was seen promptly. Dr. Roubos was very thorough and explained things no other eye doctor has. It was refreshing to have a interaction in today's world without worrying about an ulterior motive. Since they don't sell anything, you feel like what you are being told is accurate.

My eye exam was amazing, Dr. Roubos was extremely detailed and answers every question I had he also has a great sense of humor. I felt very welcomed the moment I walked through the doors by Emily and Dr. Roubos, Emily was super nice and explained step by step what she was doing during the pre-test. We had such a wonderful experience here! They took care of our entire family--including our three little ones--and were so patient and kind the whole time. The staff made the kids feel comfortable and at ease, which as a parent means so much. Doctor Roubos took extra time to explain everything clearly, showing us pictures , it really helped us understand the process. It felt thorough, professional, and caring all at once. We're so grateful to have an office that treats both adults and kids with such warmth and attention. Highly recommend!
