I absolutely love this location!! Megan is the best! She was incredibly patient, personable, and truly took her time with me. I never felt rushed, which made the entire experience so comfortable. I actually drive all the way from Detroit because this location is worth it. The wait time is minimal, the facility is clean, and everyone is genuinely kind and welcoming. I 1000% recommend Optim Eyes in Farmington Hills.

The rest of the staff there also did a great job being "customer focused" with the other patients coming in.
