Very thorough and answers every question. Stern and honest. The staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable as well as polite. The facility was extremely clean and the atmosphere was inviting. We especially enjoyed the Americas Funniest Videos on TV to keep the mood bright. The only negative was that I had called once a week for three weeks to schedule an appointment and no one ever called me back. My doctor made a referral and someone finally called me. Communication is everything and is the very start of showing how any business is ran.

Dr Reed did a really great job on my Cataract Surgery.
The only complaint I have about anything is the wait times at the appointments - wait to get seen, then a couple other wait times during the time there to get the rest of the exam done.
But Dr Reed did a fantastic job. I CAN SEE. I only had my left eye done so far, and it was just done a couple days ago, but I can see way better than before Surgery. I was really nervous/ worried about it but now, when I go to get the right eye done I have no worries whatsoever.

Dr Reed is the best eye Doctor EVER he has my full TRUST in what he feels is best for my EYE CARE. he has removed cataract for My eye and decided that he would wait to do the other eye due to being a infection in it Yes HE IS THE BESTEST hasn't seen him in more then or about a year because I was in Florida for over a year with my 4.0GPA Grandson anyway I seen him on Tuesday of this week and have an upcoming appointment in a couple weeks! AGAIN HE IS THE BESTEST AT EYE CARE and proud that I am his PATIENT! THANK YOU SHORELINE VISION
