I love them. But it is nearly impossible to call and get someone in the glasses department without leaving a message and waiting hours. Even when I have a simple question. It's extremely frustrating. I have been in enough to know they are not slammed with patients getting glasses.

The optical department is not good. The girls that measure lenses have no idea what they are doing. The lens quality is poor. Its obvious after speaking with the optical manager they have no guidance. If you're thinking of trying them good luck. They have no customer service and are profit over customer care.

Dr. Shoop did a great job with my eye exam. I have a complicated prescription due to needing prizms built into my lenses. He took extra time to make sure they were exactly right. I haven't seen this well for a long time! Thank you Dr. Shoop, Caitlin the Optician and all the staff at Shoreline Vision.

Waiting for new glasses over 2 weeks called several times no answer no call back I guess we are supposed too go blurry all that time they need more help in the optical department

Although, the front desk check in could use some help, others were called back before me even though they arrived after; and upon checking, I heard communication and my name stating that someone else thought they had taken care of me, so I do in fact know that I was "lost" in the shuffle in the waiting room, however, the technician and Dr. Reed were excellent. I was impressed with Dr. Reed discovering I have dry eye condition; and recommending eye drops for a month and then return for vision check. I would rather have that recommendation, then filling a prescription on best guess. I'm anxiously awaiting return in one month, hopefully, with a better idea of a correct prescription.

Scheduling entails a lot of waiting in various wait rooms. That could be improved. People actually tending to things looked at and measured did a good job. Surgery was done perfectly. Dr Wu is patient and caring and also a good communicator. So far it has been a good experience.
