I've had glasses or contacts nearly all of my life and they do the absolute best job at Grand Ledge Optometry of adjusting glasses for your face. I've had this pair for not quite 6 months and adjusted them for free after I accidentally torqued them a bit. Nothing major yet I greatly appreciated them taking the few minutes to adjust my glasses and they're as good as new again! I do wish they could have figured how a way to keep me in contacts that doesn't give me a headache but maybe some day.

My family and I have been going here counting 14 years. Top notch service and very responsive to needs of their patients. Everyone from the doctor to the staff are patient, honest, forthright and will work hard to get you the best value for your money. They go over all the options, and will work with you for the best outcome. They have a very good selection for the size of their shop. It also helps that I'm literally less than 10 minutes away. You can always pay less somewhere else, but the quality will be remembered long after the price is forgotten. An update that the service is still good, and even with appointments only they got me in very quickly.

I went here knowing it was more expensive than the chains but I thought I was paying for the service. Evidently not, 2 years in a row now they have charged me incorrectly for my eye exam and my contacts. I've walked out 2 years in a row being told I've been paid up just to receive a bill a week later. This year It was two bills. Evidently they mischarged me two times this year so I would definitely not go there. The service is horrible. The prices are pretty high when you shop around so I would advise on doing that before making your appointment here
