Called to set up an appointment. Greeted the woman answering the phone with "good morning, how are you?" after a long pause she replied with what do you need. Sorry, if that's unfriendness a new patient/customer is greeted with I feel my money is better spent elsewhere

Dr. Grubb was excellent. She took the time to go over my eye exam and answer all my questions. Dr. Grubb took extra time to go over some additional eye exam items she preformed because of some medical issues I've been having. Dr. Grubb took extra care and sent a follow fax to my Dr office on her findings from my exam while so was in the exam room. I will be recommending Dr Grubb to all my family and friends.

Not my best experience at l.o. eye care. The tech did not read my current glasses correctly. So when I finally saw the doctor after an extra long wait time. She tells me my prescription hasn't changed but is different than my glasses. That was confusing to me because I had gotten new glasses last year to my current prescription. She tells me to have the optical department double check my glasses. They don't believe me when I tell them the prescription is EXACTLY the same. So that took extra time. The optical department says my glasses are exactly my prescription. All in all I was there for just over 2 hours!! Never had that long of an appointment at the east lansing office.
