This is my first time coming here for my daughter and I am super satisfied. They quality of the glasses was great. The employee at the desk was so happy when my daughter tried them on. During our appointment, she was always making sure everyone there was doing okay and allowed my daughter to find a pair of glasses she loved. I also loved how she wrote everything down as we spoke, and explaining everything to me so I can get a clear rundown of everything I should know before purchasing. Customer service is absolutely great, will definitely recommend to everyone but especially families with kids here. It's very child accommodating.

Our insurance was not accepted here but still bought glasses here because of the customer service, cost, and selection. I had an eye exam 1 years ago and got glasses here but I couldn't wear it. Recently, I went to another eye doctor and found out that the old measurement was wrong. I spent 100$ for wasted glasses. Very disappointed.

This is the worst place. I went there for the first time and ordered my glasses they gave the wrong product the first time then I notified them about it once again they sent in the wrong color glasses instead of blue they gave a bright red color. I told them about it again and they just keep messing up my order they gave me the wrong size and color glass that was pink and for kids. This is very unprofessional if they cannot give me the glass I want then they should atleast let me know that I will not get my glasses so I do not waste my time here.

The worst optical doctor and the stuff ever, not even close to professional, the doctor always in vacation for months after months.they are keep changing the appointments once I booked and wait for months, they wasted my two months and they called me back and said doctor is in vacation again another two weeks and you cannot come together with the family you have to come in separate days and the customer service is very very poor.
