I take my son here and have always been impressed with his care. I unexpectedly ended up in the office for an urgent exam after experiencing something unusual. I called and they insisted on making room on the schedule to see me that day. The staff is so kind, helpful and professional. Dr. Pairolero was extremely thorough and looked through all the photos and examined me carefully to be sure what I experienced wasn't something that warranted medical attention. He explained everything in detail and took the time to answer my questions. He and the other staff members really put me at ease through the whole thing. Aside from this, they followed protocol for covid safety measures. You will feel so safe and well cared for here for sure!

Not only did they accurately diagnose the detached retina I had, they went beyond the call of duty and set up an appointment to have the situation resolved immediately, after business hours.
In addition, they subsequently worked with my wife who has dementia, in upgrading her eyeglasses and prescription. The doctors and their staff were kind, courteous, and efficient in their interaction with her.
I would give them 10 stars if I could.
