I was very impressed with your office from beginning to end. Excellent customer service. The doctor was extremely professional while also putting me at ease. She was like visiting with an old friend. I was completely comfortable and well informed. The staff was so helpful in choosing my new frames and lenses. I've already referred 5 friend to the practice in the past week.

I have been going to Eye Care One for over 12 years. Dr Chad and the staff are awesome... I never feel rushed.. Dr Chad Nixon is very good and very nice. I never feel rushed and he answers all my questions. The staff is great .. from helping choose frames to explaining my insurance.. Highly recommend .

Staff is ALWAYS super friendly. Very helpful in explaining the process as well as assisting in helping you pick out your frames if needed, and don't make you feel pressure if you don't ask for their opinion. Dr. Nixon is very thorough yet fast and efficient. Facility is always clean and organized. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am legally blind and get anxiety going to eye related appointments. Dr. Nixon and his staff were very warm and helpful. Will be giving Eye Care One my business for a long time!

Dr Nixon provided a very thorough eye exam and fit me in great multifocal contact lenses. Great vision, excellent comfort. Staff is very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

I highly do not recommend this practice on the principle of unprofessionalism. Went in for a contact "training" class at 11:15am on 12/29/25. Waited 30 minutes. Heard them talking and saying "well she wore them before so what is the point" They brought me back to a room where nobody explained anything, just sat there and giggled and said just keep trying. She walked away, nobody checked on me. Nobody apologized for being 30 min late with sitting me down. Zero customer service. I finally decided after 5 min of struggling on my own that I would ask for my prescriptions and leave. I confirmed they had already billed my insurance for the contact claim. I said once you bill my insurance, you legally have to give me my prescriptions. They disagreed and said the "class" they require is the same as the fitting. It absolutely isn't. They refused on the grounds of the doctor didn't see me in them. Then they admitted the doctor wasn't even there to check. I thought, wait a second, you won't give me my prescription even though it's been paid for, because the doctor isn't here. Then how on earth were you going to check them? "well we have a sub doctor" no, that's unprofessional. If you're using the doctor as a reason to not give me my written prescription, then how on earth were you going to pass me along and give me my contacts that same day? That is absolutely contradictory, against best practices, and a hallmark sign of a lawsuit. You'll give me the medical device same day but not the prescription because the doctor was not there. RED FLAG. The front desk lady told on herself with that one. There was no need for them to get defensive when all I was doing was advocating for myself because I know the law. They were rude once I stood up for myself. I encourage anyone who goes here who has a similar experience to file a claim with the FTC. By law, if they performed the exam, ordered contacts, and then won't give them to you because you don't do their unprofessional "class" it is against the law and they will be fined. This also has all the signs of a toxic work environment, so on that level, don't work here either. Please please keep filing claims against them with the FTC, things need to change with this place.

Eye Care One - Misleading, Disorganized, and Unprofessional I had an extremely frustrating experience with Eye Care One that showed a consistent lack of professionalism and accountability. Before ever scheduling, I specifically asked whether the doctor performed specialty eye exams related to autoimmune conditions. I was told to come in and make an appointment, only to be informed after I arrived that they do not perform the specialty testing I needed. This alone was a waste of my time and could have been avoided with basic honesty on the phone. The issues did not stop there. I was required to come in three separate times to try to obtain eyeglasses that I never actually received. First visit: I was told the lab broke the glasses and that there was no exact replacement, so I had to come back in and select a second frame style. Second visit: I was told the lab made the prescription incorrectly. Third visit: After I went in and saw that the glasses were not the style that I chose, I was told the lab again made the mistake and used the wrong style of glasses altogether. Each time, the blame was shifted to "the lab," with no one at Eye Care One taking responsibility for managing their vendors, quality control, or patient experience. I was told that a manager would be calling me to resolve the situation. That call never happened. No follow-up, no solution, no accountability. After multiple visits, repeated excuses, and zero resolution, I was left without the glasses I ordered and with complete loss of confidence in this office. Medical and optical care require accuracy, communication, and basic respect for a patient's time--none of which were demonstrated here. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone, especially those with medical or specialty eye care needs. Proceed with extreme caution.

AMAZING! Was my son's first eye dr appt and they were so patient and great that he has already asked when does he get to go back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Even switched husband and I's eye care to them.
