I called with several questions regarding insurance issues. I happened to get Marsha when I called, who was just leaving for the weekend. I told her I would call back the following week and she INSISTED on helping with my concerns. I really appreciate her eagerness to help me with something that could easily have waited until the following week. My questions necessitated her having to log back into the computer and do several look-ups. She ended up staying approximately 20 minutes beyond what she planned. Thank you Marsha for the great customer service!! The following review is for Dr Gang: I experienced an acute, alarming issue with my vision on 2/12/26 first in the morning and again in the afternoon. I called the office to schedule an exam but they were experiencing phone issues, i was unable to get through. I was so concerned I drove directly to the office and explained the situation whereupon they were able to get me right in to see Dr. Gang. As a decades-long patient of Dr Eston, I was apprehensive of having a new doctor and having to deal with this unnerving situation. I found Dr Gang to be VERY THOROUGH with her exam. She was very kind, patiently answering my myriad of questions, easy to relate to and very knowledgeable. I was extremely relieved and appreciative to find my exam was normal and nothing of concern was evident. Just a part of getting older. I feel Dr Gang will be a wonderful asset to the Howell office. Thank you for your kindness and expertise Dr Gang!!

Dr Lucier is amazing. She is kind, thorough, and professional. And she always makes sure to give you the perfect prescription so you can see your best. Highly recommend!!!

The people here are Professional and friendly. Husband had cataracts done years ago by Dr Eston with no problems. We have our eyes examined every year and they have a great selection of glasses. Thanks to all there for making this process go smoothly.
