The staff is absolutely amazing, they treat you like family. I feel like they have the best prices and try to help you save money. I came here originally with my sons, but came back to purchase my own pair of glasses and saved over $100.

Been coming to this office for years, staff is beyond helpful and extremely friendly. I have seen multiple doctors that practice here and each one of them are extremely helpful. They take the time to listen to questions and concerns, they don't make you feel like they're trying to rush through to the next patient like most places. Doctors are extremely caring and staff is outstanding! They give you peace of mind and clear eyes! Highly recommend! I would rate ten stars but am only allowed 5 :)

My husband had a bad allergy reaction in his eye and the staff here was able to get him in and out and with relief so quick! The girls were all so sweet and helpful and Dr. Watson educated us on remedies and products that actually work! We will definitely be back! So thankful they could help us!

Nicole was amazing! Before I went to get my eyes checked, Nicole was very helpful when helping me pick out glasses that would suit me the best, and then the doctor who checked my beautiful eyeballs was also very kind!!! He answered all my questions and overall I believe they are an amazing establishment BOOM. (My glasses)

Super cute frames! And the staff is really nice! They didn't make me feel rushed and took their time explaining promos and deals with me so I got the most out of what I can afford.

I was told if I bought a pair of glasses, I could bring in my old frames and get the lens half off within 30 days. When I got my full-price glasses, I wanted to take advantage of the half off lenses, but they reneged on their offer. If they cannot honor what they promised that is a lousy way to do business. I do not recommend this business.

It was my yearly eye exam. I can't really explain it but I knew something was off. After the exam, I picked out two pairs of glasses. When the woman measured them, I noticed she sat up in a chair way higher than me. I point this out because when I received my glasses two weeks later, the measurements were way off. I had to keep pushing my glasses up, holding them with one hand to see more clearly. She adjusted them, but it wasn't enough. Aside from that, I couldn't see clearly with them anyway. I told her they were not right. She told me to wear them for a day. I tested them at home but the fact was that the prescription was way off! My second pair of glasses came in the next day and I brought the first pair back to address the issues. The second pair was the same! After 3 different girls adjusted my glasses, and tried to figure out what was going on, the office manager decided to talk to the doctor. The doctor figured out that the girl who took my old glasses and checked the previous prescription for a starting point for the exam, did it wrong! She gave him the wrong figures, backwards, upside down, I'm not sure what the heck she did, but it was way off! The doctor reexamined my eyes. I was optimistic that everything would be okay this time! Another two weeks later, I came in to pick them up. Again, the measurements were way too low in the frame. She tried adjusting them, and they were still too low. Also, still blurry issues. A few days later I went to my former eye doctor in Livonia, near where I used to live, an hour and a half away. The certified optician/store manager checked my glasses and figured out the issues. She explained everything, specifically wrong measurements, the type of lens coatings, and something with the frame and curve of the lens they needed to change in order to make them right for my eyes. She advised me what to tell them and gave me her card in case they had any questions. I took my glasses back the next day and gave them all the info. The office manager was willing to do one pair of glasses, but was hesitant and disagreed about the 2nd pair. So we did one pair to start with. She remeasured and reordered the new lenses. I waited two more weeks (this is over a month and a half at this point). I brought my other pair in and was going to insist they change those as well. However, the office was a little busy that day. A different girl handed me my (corrected for the 3rd time) glasses. She told me she was new and could only adjust the fit, but nothing else. I said thank you and walked out for the last time! These glasses I've been dealing with have caused eye strain, and unclear vision for nearly a year! I eventually resorted back to my older pair of glasses from a previous eye exam from a different place the year before I went to LCVC. They were a little better, but obviously my eyes have changed in the past couple of years so they have not been perfect either. Fast forward a year after the bad and frustrating experience, I decided to go back to Livonia to my former doctor who was always great, and the wonderful optician/store manager to get my yearly exam. The doctor found that my prescription in the glasses from LCVC were in fact wrong and causing eye strain. Also, HE is the one who checks the old prescription glasses for the starting point, not one of the ladies out front, right there in front of me before we start the exam. That way he knows it's right! Needless to say, I will never go back to LCVC! I will make the long trip back to my favorite place every year for clear vision and professionals who know what they're doing! Needless to say, I absolutely do NOT recommend LCVC! I am not the only one. Others have had similar experiences! Check out the other reviews!

I absolutely love this office! Extremely professional, from the minute you walk in - until you walk out the door. The doctors are absolutely phenomenal, as well as each staff member. I will definitely recommend this office!
