Excellent customer service every time we have been or called them. As a mom of toddlers I purchased insurance with my glasses. I even forgot I purchased insurance until the day came and I needed it. They were quick to ask if I had this and check my account. They ordered my replacement and I was told about 10 days. These came in in 7 days as did my original order,

Ive been coming here for years and alway liked them. But today they were above and beyond i got a peice of metal stuck in one of my contacts and couldn't order more until i did an exam and they gave me a new one to get me by until my appointment

They were so nice and was very attentive. The doctor was very informative, and the lady's out front helped me pick out glasses that looked best.

Would not have giving them any stars on this post but it won't let me reply without at least one. So like I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The staff, particularly the appointment, billing, and fitting teams, were unhelpful and dismissive. When I got fitted for my glasses last year, the staff did not take the time to listen to my preferences or concerns. They ordered lenses that were too strong and frames that did not fit properly, causing constant discomfort. Despite raising these issues, I felt ignored and ultimately left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and have since sought care elsewhere. I also know others who have had similar experiences and chosen to switch to different providers. I hope the office considers improving its customer service and attentiveness in the future due to continuously lose patients.

The customer service provided by the team at SVS Imlay City is outstanding! I've bought all of my daily and prescription sunglasses there. If you break them, they'll fix them no questions asked. I lost a nosepad and they replaced both with upgraded materials! And, If you don't have insurance no problem either. They'll get you nice glasses at an affordable price. The girls are very helpful!

Had a very easy fast experience. The buy one get one half off got me in the glasses:). Doctor was easy to deal with as well:) would go back.

The service is always wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. The past 2 years Ashley has worked with me on picking my glasses and making sure that I don't have to pay too much out of pocket. She is amazing! Not only did she help me pick my new glasses but, she took the time to tell me all about the 1/2 price second pair deal and even did the math for me! I will be getting a second pair this year so that I have prescription sunglasses as well as my regular glasses! I'm super excited to be able to do so!
