Dr Audry was amazing! She helped me with my bells palsy eye (I still can't blink after 16 months!) by recommending new drop that won't cause more damage/dryness. The staff treats you like you're family or their BFF. I loved it! They are very wonderful here and definitely the best eye clinic I've ever been to! If I would give 10 stars, I would!! Can't wait to get my new glasses so I can see properly again! Thank you!!

I have been coming to Dr. Audrey for years and the staff is always smiling and super professional! The exams are very thorough, and my questions and concerns are always addressed and explained in a way I can understand. They are also great at helping me pick out frames that are super cute and look the best on me. Best eye care around, no complaints!!

Got an eye exam a couple years ago and was fairly satisfied. The doctor was professional and even took a second look to make sure I got the correct prescription. They really want to rush you through the glasses selection process though. Anyway, I was diagnosed with Leukemia about 6 months after that and I am finally recovered after 2 years and need an eye exam as my glasses are no longer working very well at all and I feel unable to see clearly often with or without them. They said it would be a 6 month wait to get in for an eye exam... Expecting someone to go 6 months without being able to see clearly is insane. Receptionist showed zero compassion. I hate to do it because I liked the Doctor. But I will have to try to get in somewhere else. But if you got half a year of time to have blurry vision then go ahead and make an appointment.

Northern Eye Care delivers exceptional eye care with small town personal service. I've been going here for years and always recommend them. The husband/wife optometrist team is extremely knowledgeable and personable. They use up to date equipment, have a diverse and trendy selection of frames, and have always been quick to respond to my 'emergency' needs.

Went their to browse their frames but receptionist said you have to get a eye exam here to purchase your prescription glasses. Whats the difference where you go to get an eye exam. Customer appreciation should always come first. I never heard of such a foolish thing. Not a good way of making good business

Northern Eyecare staff and Dr. Audrey are excellent at what they do!! They have an awesome selection of frames to choose from and they are very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!!

Amazing eye care I received. Beau was very thorough, and explained everything to me. The staff was amazing helping me pick out my frames. I wish I could give Northern eye care more than 5 stars!!! Thanks for the wonderful eye care guys!!!

I showed up for my first new patient appointment and the door was locked. I called and no one answered. No one called me back or told me they unlocked the door. Finally I saw people going in the door and went in. When I told the receptionist what happened, her only response was "I just unlocked it". The only positive part of the entire event is that the doctor did seem thorough. However she said after my glasses came in she would see me again and make sure they were correct. I showed up for my appointment and was told they were too busy to fit me and handed me my glasses in the waiting room and told me to come back if they needed adjusting. I made an appointment for the next day because one of the nose pieces really hurt and one lens was not clear. The technician bent the nose piece and said "How's that?" I said better I think but when is the doctor going to check why I can't see clearly and was told she was too busy that day and they would have to call me back on Monday. It is now Tuesday and I still have not received a call back. Don't waste your time or money going here!
