If I could have rated them lower I would have. I dropped off glasses that broke. They are under warranty and I was told they would be ready in a few days and today they told me that it would be 14 days more. I wearing old glasses because that was my only option. I need my glasses for my job and I'm having terrible headaches now! I will recommend that NOBODY is this company. I use to love this company... what has happened to it?

Received a call 15 minutes prior to my son's appointment, as we were sitting in the parking lot, and told that due to technical difficulties they are backed up atleast 2 hours. Things happen - that I'm not upset about but the lack of communication. Both my son and myself had to use PTO from our jobs for this appointment. Will likely not reschedule.

Bad experience. First thing is they told me that it takes 2 weeks to receive my glasses but it usually doesn't take that long. Two weeks later, on the date I was supposed to receive my glasses, I call to find out when they will be ready for pick up only to find out that they probably won't be in because they didn't receive the shipment from yesterday. Another disappointment was that I scheduled an appointment for my son and when we arrived they said that they called me to reschedule it. As many text messages and emails that they send, why wasn't I notified that his appointment was rescheduled?? Once I receive my son's and my glasses, I will not be returning to do any business with them again.

I had excellent service all the way from beginning to end. The best suggeation is to make time for the appointment, the exam and the fitting. I had a nice receptionist, a great optometrist that really helped me readjust my prescription after a vision change. I saw 2 step verification from 2 staff while ordering my glasses and I left feeling great- I made the right choice for this optical center. Thank you, Americas Best team!
