UPDATE: THE MANAGER RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND CORRECTED IT IMMEDIATELY.
I took my Versace frames in to have my progressive lenses put in them, and not only did they put the left lens in wrong, but they kept my progressive right lens and left the model lens in. The person then lied to me, telling me my glasses were fixed and that I did not need to keep the model lenses. It wasn't until I returned home that I realized the model lens was still in the right eye. I will be contacting corporate and management about this experience. I am very unpleased with your services and that lady should be fired!

Took my mother here for an eye exam -- terrible experience. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes even though there was only one person ahead of us. Once they realized we were only there for the exam and prescription, not to buy their expensive glasses, we were treated unfairly. They wouldn't even provide my mother's PD (pupillary distance). We had to go across the street to Clarkson Eye Care, where they gave it to her free of charge. We will not be coming back here. Nothing but disrespectful staff and pushy upsellers. The optometrist was respectful, but none of the three receptionists were.

Very professional and thorough. My wife and I were skeptical and expected a high pressure sales pitch. Instead we met very helpful and knowledgeable staff who didn't pressure us at all. Prices were reasonable and they have an excellent inventory. Best was the doctor who examined us. She explained things very clearly and took plenty of time with each of us. Highly recommend!
