Dr Kennedy always takes the time to explain everything that's going on with my eyes's health and asks detailed questions about changes in vision or ways to improve my comfort. I have never felt rushed or ignored. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful, and the techs make choosing your next prescription easy and convenient. I switched here from the other big eye company we have in Lansing, and I have no regrets.
