I recently visited the America's Best marketplace branch for an exam and fitting for updated eyeglasses. I was pleasantly impressed with the amount of attention and professionalism exhibited while I was there. Dr. Shane was very professional and shared helpful tips during my exam, the manager April, and employee Diane, were particularly knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right frame for my more petite face; plus, they enthusiastically answered all my zillions of questions as well! Bravo to America's Best Lansing Marketplace for making me feel like a valuable customer. I'll definitely be back!

Like the doctor there he does a great job.
Ordered 2 pair of glasses the first set came in as scheduled the second set has not come in yet.
Ordered on 10/13/25.
It is now 11/17/25 still no glasses.
Getting to be ridiculous no call to say sorry were still waiting for your glasses.
Calling today to get a refund if I can.
Probably won't go back there next year.
