Horrible Horrible Horrible eye care place. They canceled 2 appointments then scheduled a 3rd appointment which I had taken the day off and had to bring my wife due to a diabetic appointment. I get there and was told they didn't take my insurance. Which I gave the call center all my insurance info all 3 times. I was never told they didn't take my new insurance until I got there. I left there not getting an eye exam. I later looked online and they Do take my insurance. Thanks for wasting my time. I've been a patient for 13 years i belive. Thanks for nothing.

Came here for an optometrist exam and new glasses. Did not realize I somehow found the singular office only open four days a week with bankers hours. It has taken more than a month to get my new glasses after my visit. Perhaps you could be open for more than 4 days a week for 8 hours as well. Can't have the glasses sent to another office, can't get my money back. Rude staff. Avoid.

Requested a refund for my contacts I changed my mind on. This was in May. Still have not gotten my refund. Called Clarkson directly they put me on hold and took my info saying someone will get ahold of me multiple times. It's now mid December. No refund. Got ahold of biking department again and the case was never escalated. Was told today that someone will get back to me in a day or two... Again. Never going back.

The staff is always very friendly and professional. Dr Po is awesome he explains everything to me completely and I love the fact he has used the products he dispenses. Thank You all I appreciate all your help and kindness Sabrina

I have been here for the past three years. This last visit was considerably different and I felt unwelcomed when I walked in. The front staff was rude when I walked in to get checked in, then when they called me up for check in I explained my insurance had changed because I changed jobs and the staff said "It's fine it's the same" I said it's not they're different groups and different employers and she said its fine. My appointment was delayed for almost an a hour and a half past the scheduled time. Saw the doctor, always a pleasure and insightful. Then I get through the checkout process with Priscilla, who was lovely, and leave the store. Later that same day she called me stating there was a problem with my insurance and I said I know I tried to tell the staff at check in that it changed and I wrote on the paper the new insurance information and provided it again to Priscilla over the phone. She mentioned that she would give me a call back on Monday to go over the new pricing. She called on Monday and stated it would only be $30 more than what I had originally paid at the time of my visit which was around $280 give or take. When I pick the glasses up I pay the extra $30 that was mentioned. A month later, now I'm getting another bill for another $115. I left a voicemail asking for someone to explain the same day I got the notice and still have not received a response over 2 weeks now. I also chatted in on the website the bill came from and no response from there either. They are unwilling to explain the extra charges. This has been a terrible experience and I am transferring physicians because of the clerical staff.

This place is absolutely awful and unprofessional. There is a huge lack of communication, they keep closing early and closing on Saturdays when they are supposed to be open. They even shut their phone off so I couldn't leave a message or talk to anyone. After trying to pick up our glasses for over two weeks, we finally had to take a day off work to go get them. There was only one girl working and she got my husband's but kept saying our son's wasn't there yet. I said we got the text that they were there. She finally found them. I asked about mine because we got them all together and she looked it up and apparently mine were taking forever because the frames were coming from another country. Nobody told me this previously. I received zero information or communication about this. So I just asked for a refund on mine. She forgot to give my husband and son cases for their glasses so we had to ask for them. Don't go here. The customer service is terrible, their selection of frames is pathetic and it will all just suck up your time, money and energy. Maybe they also need to look at how they treat their staff because they can't seem to keep employees either.

Was there on Dec 2 2025 and they said it would take 7 to 10 days for my new glasses I called like 3 weeks later for them to say they had my lens just not my frame and they would called didn't hear back called on before the new year and they said they had a glitch in the system very crapping place I don't hear back to pick up my glasses I'm just going to call my insurance and tell them I haven't received them and call somewhere else

I drove here from 30 minutes away got here 20 minutes before they close to pick up my glasses. they are SUPPOSED to close at 1 pm and I got here at 12:35, and the door was locked, nobody was there, lights were out as well, definitely would appreciated a "not open" on the website very disappointing and waste of gas.
