You will absolutely love your visit here. Very professional & clean. Dr. Nash is funny & kind - he reminded me of a disney character. His wife was also very nice & welcoming, it was such a wholesome experience! I am 30 years old, but I could tell that this place does well with all age groups - children included.

If you are looking for a permanent eye doctor. You should come to hd optical express. The reception is very kind and willing to work with you right away, and the eye doctor himself will not forget you if you come back every year, he is very understanding and helpful. 10/10 would recommend for anyone. And everyone.

If you don't get an appointment call for a reminder and you don't know about it they discharge you. He's a great doc but I'm disappointed. I went there a lot then one day they don't call me then just discharge me... and the receptionists are always Rude!

We've been here for years and I absolutely love this office! He's beyond amazing with kids and he's so patient and I've never had a problem. He gets straight to the point and doesn't send you in circles. I highly recommend him! I'm sad we moved and may have to change but everyone here is so helpful and friendly! Always on top of everything! Again, I cannot say enough how great he is with the kiddos and explains things in a way that you understand! He's a great person and I'm happy to see him thriving! Thank you Dr. Nash! Hopefully we'll be in soon enough to touch base :) he addresses any concerns and makes suggestions that are very helpful! I really can't recommend him enough! And just for kicks, GO BLUE

Very friendly and fast service at the counter. The glasses are always a hit with my daughter and her mother. Overall I would recommend it to anyone in need of optical issues. The Dr. Does very well with children( always a plus)

Dr. Nash is fantastic!! Dr. Nash was kind and patient and put my 9 yr old son completely at ease and has made him love going to the eye doctor His wife Cassie is a sweetheart and a wonderful help in picking out his glasses. So blessed to have found their office!! Super convenient too right in south lansing. Definitely recommend!!

Dr. Nash and staff you guys are rockstars! You all offer such kind and knowledgeable service, generous selection of glasses and accessories, plus you have an extremely clean and anesthetically pleasing office/store front. Thanks for taking my Medicaid insurance as well. I was told by your front desk employee the contacts that I ordered would arrive in 1 to 1 and 1/2 Weeks. They came in less than 1 week!
