Kiara and MJ, thank you both from the bottom of my heart for helping me during an incredibly difficult time of my life, I'll never forget your kindness and generosity. You both helped SO much more than you know. Having to completely start my life over, with nothing to my name, along with two kiddos- this made such an impact. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU

I had an amazing experience at this eye doctor's office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to MJ, the manager, who runs the office so smoothly and truly makes patients feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Stevenson was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Rhonda was also wonderful--friendly, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. I felt well taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and outstanding customer service!

I have never had such a positive experience with the doctor's office before. For some reason, my appointment at eight a m had been canceled.However, they managed to fit me in and treated me with respect kindness and were very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend anybody needed, but I care professional to go to this location.They worked with our budget and our time.I cannot say enough good things about them!

They even went the extra mile to help me find an affordable option for my contacts and glasses. The end-to-end service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly, polite and courteous of my time. Always enjoy having a smooth and efficient appointment here. While the staff and onsite personnel are great, I have to do an edit to add that the billing process is a massive headache, and the reason I'm scaling down my review to 3 stars. All billing goes to a centralized system. I Was surprised to find out nearly two months after my visit I still owed $40, after I had paid for everything up front the day of the visit. The invoice arrived via text message (instantly had me on guard), the link in the text message did not generate an itemized invoice of what the $40 charge was for. It also said "invalid date" in the "service date" field, so I had to call the office and request documentation reflecting this. In the end, all it was, was a routine insurance adjustment. I Wish that could have been explained better to me than going on a wild goose chase for 20-30 mins to see if I was getting scammed or not.

I had a great experience @ MyEyeDr. Company. The doctor was excellent and Emily fitted me for a beautiful pair of glasses. There were many stylish frames to choose from and my insurance made price no problem!!
