I recently had shingles that unfortunately ended up in my eye so I needed urgent care along with some follow up visits. I was assigned to see Dr Maynard, and I just want to say I am so glad she was the Dr available to take my urgent appointment. She was so caring, compassionate and really took the time to listen and guide me. I also felt that Dr Maynard matched my energy at each visit which was wonderful as I saw her through some really hard times. Thank you, Dr Maynard, I truly appreciate you and the care you provided me! I also want to mention that all of the staff were great, but especially so we're the ladies who answered the phones and got me scheduled. Both of my calls to SEI were times I was really struggling, and the ladies were so caring and compassionate. I truly appreciated them and their kind words to me.

My Appt W Dr Gordon was at 9:55 AM. 2.5 hrs later I still have not seen a Dr. Apparently they schedule Doctors on call and book them with patients at the same time. Dr Gordon had an emergency, here all of her patients sit in the waiting room 2.5 hours later. Ridiculous.
