I have been wearing glasses since around 2002, and Dr. Hernandez diagnosed me recently with a *slight* astigmatism, and honestly that -.25 astigmatism made a WORLD of a difference. He explained it was probably causing confusion in my brain between what the two eyes were seeing, which I'm assuming is also a factor to my frequent migraines. I can honestly say in my 24 years of wearing glasses, that this is the *best* I have ever seen in my life. :) it was reminiscent of the first time I put a pair of glasses on and it was like "wow the trees have leaves not green blobs." I truly appreciate being able to see, and he was very nice and well informed.

My first time going to America's Best. I will definitely be returning. The doctor who did my eye exam was thorough and he was very nice. The ladies who manage the front office could not have been nicer. They were very professional and helpful. 10 out of 10.

They did not inform me that I would not be eligible for a PD through them unless I bought glasses through them. I tried to set up an appointment to get glasses and rather than help me the front lady just kept saying to use my old one even though I expressed I am having vision discomfort. Avoid this location and go to others. I love the doctor at this location but the rest seems sketchy.

I have been a loyal customer here for years, but my most recent experience left me extremely disappointed. I purchased two pairs of glasses for over $600 and was told both pairs had warranty coverage until March 2026. Later, when one of the frames was no longer available, I was told I could choose another pair and just pay the difference. When I went in to do exactly that, I was suddenly told I had to pay the full price for a new pair and that I had "no warranty." I was confused because this directly contradicted what I was told both at the time of purchase and over the phone. When I questioned it, the woman at the front desk--who identified herself as the general manager--told me, "what I say goes." I was shocked and felt completely dismissed and taken advantage of. Only after she checked the system did she admit I could pick from a limited section of frames. At that point, I was still willing to buy another pair in addition, but her arrogance and attitude made me so uncomfortable that I decided to walk out. I've trusted this office for years, but this experience has made me feel ripped off and unvalued as a customer. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and looking for a new eye doctor.

I have been going to this location for 9 years and today I went in to get an exam and glasses. I also needed contact lenses. I had the unfortunate accommodation from the General Manager, Amanda. She was so rude to me. It felt like I was bothering her that I was purchasing glasses to be able to see. No one should feel this way receiving medical care. I have never been treated so poorly ever at a medical appointment. I do not know if she was having a bad day, or what? I certainly know I didn't do anything to provoke such a disrespectful experience purchasing glasses. I am always respectful and well mannered and I was so shocked how this woman treated me. And when I finished paying for my glasses she dismissed me as if I was beneath her. I found it ironic that her vest was covered in pins, and one of them said "Be a Nice Human" because she is certainly one of the worst humans I've ever met. I am changing eye doctors after this encounter. I suggest going to a different America's Best location if this is a company you prefer.

I dropped by on a Wednesday afternoon to confirm my insurance was accepted. They were able to get me in after only a few minutes for a comprehensive eye exam. All employees from behind the front desk to the examiners were friendly, professional and courteous. I had new glasses 7 days later.

If I could I would give zero stars! There were 2 ladies at the front didnt neither one greeted me when I entered the business. The older lady even made contact and turned her head as to the other employee as if I hadnt even came in. Mind you she had eye contact with me as if I walked in I have had two interactions with this location and both were the same from the older lady. As if I wasnt allowed in the business. I will take my business elsewhere!
