I had a wonderful experience at AEP! Dr. McNeill was thorough, personable, and professional. He explained the changes in my prescription, and patiently listened to my questions and concerns. My new contacts are perfect! Additionally, the office staff was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending the office to friends and family. Thank you!!!

Dr. Sam was great and very thorough during my exam. Griffon was so so kind and helpful when I picked up my glasses. The ladies at the desk are always friendly too!

I had an appointment for an exam but felt uncomfortable there. The admin was new and didn't know some answers to my question. She basically admitted she was under trained. During the appt the doctor seemed cold and short with me. I went to look at frames and the manager gave my a detailed don't touch, don't move any frames speech. If I did I wasn't allowed to put them back because he needed to completely disinfect the frames before they could go back on the rack. I felt so uncomfortable, that I left. I headed to Eye Care One to purchase glasses. While I waited for my glasses to arrive, the Eye Care One was bought and became Lowell Eye Care. My new glasses caused a headache and I called Lowell Eye Care for help. I thought it was going to be a hassle getting it my glasses corrected since my exam was at not through them and purchased through Eye Care One. They first checked my glasses and they matched my script from Advance Eye Care.But thanks to the doctor/owner at Lowell Eye Care and the great staff everything was corrected with a new exam and corrected prescription, at no cost to me. I ended up correct, my prescription from Advance Eye Care was incorrect and I plan on never going back.

Everyone with whom i interacted at my visit was wonderful - Claire at the Front Desk was very courteous, Skie was absolutely great checking me in prior to the actual vision testing, Dr McNeill was most informative & fun with whom to work, Lawanda was spot on at checkout & Griffen was extremely helpful with ensuring the correct lenses and frames were to be updated. What can I say? I'm just running out of great things to say about everyone. This has been true with every visit to this location. Great people, great service, great advice & information. Highly recommend!

I usually will go to one of the chain stores for my annual eye exams. This time I had been having major issues with my contacts so I thought I would make an appointment here because my husband raves about how nice everybody is and how his eye doctor is awesome. I couldn't believe how nice Emily was on the phone and also in person. Brooke was the technician and went over all the issues I was having with my eyes. She asked me questions that none of the other people asked me at any of my previous exams. She was thorough and very nice.Dr. McNeill examined my eyes and explained what the concerns were and why they occurred. I am extremely happy I decided to visit Advanced Eye Care. They won my business for all future visits. Dr. McNeill is the BEST!!!

I have been going to this location for YEARS. Every time I come I always have a great experience but I wanted to share this specific one. I have had the same glasses for years and never had the interest to get new ones as a teenager. Now that I am older and can actually buy/pick out my own glasses I thought it was time to do so. Emily at the front desk was great as always. She puts me in a good mood if I'm having a bad day. She so nice and cheerful I just love her vibe so much. She also helped me out with any questions I had, she was just great! My technician Sam was great. She seemed to be new but was so nice and interested into getting to know me. I loved the conversations we had. She talked me through everything before she did it and I felt so comfortable with her. Doctor Slate came in and she was amazing! I didn't see her for very long but she was also so cheerful. We had some great conversations as well. She also suggested some contacts to benefit me and I'm so excited to try them! At the end of my visit I got to pick my glasses and the optician Griffen was SO AWESOME and so nice. He explained everything to me on prices and what my insurance would cover. He also helped me pick out my new glasses which I absolutely love! He even said "they fit my personality" and I totally agree! I did not feel rushed at all. If you're looking for a place for contacts or glasses, I highly suggest Advanced Eyecare Professionals in Lowell.

My husband had an accident working in the garage and had metal fragments lodged in his eye. After calling 5 other ophthalmologists and either getting the run around or speaking with rude receptionists, I called AEP Eyecare in Lowell. Emily was very friendly and helpful both on the phone and in person. Dr. McNeil was fantastic! He was friendly and professional and made the best of a bad situation. Both Emily and Dr. McNeil were very informative and made sure we had everything my husband needed. We will definitely be recommending AEP to everyone we know.

As a new customer I was very happy with my visit! Petra at front desk was friendly, the technician Skie was nice and was very informative about details of my appointment. Dr. Slate was absolutely amazing! She was great and did a thorough exam! Griffen was the optician that helped pick out glasses. He was patient and did an awesome job explaining details of the final bill. I will be letting everyone I know looking for eye care about Advanced Eyecare Professionals in Lowell!
