The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions without rushing. The exam was thorough, and I truly felt that my eye health was a priority. The office itself was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality eye care

I went in for an exam yesterday with Dr. Wong and his assistant Anthony, and they were both very professional and caring. I also had an eye spa treatment with a lovely staff member (sorry I forgot her name!), and it was very nice and relaxing. Highly recommend this office.

Can't say enough good things about Dr Wong and his team!! They spent a lot of time doing a thorough examination and asking/answering questions about my eye health. Afterward, they patiently waited while I tried on nearly every pair of frames, helping me choose the right ones. I've never had any luck wearing progressive lenses, but the lab they use grind them in a way that allows me to see the mid-range clearly. I am very pleased with the service and the glasses I purchased.

Dr. Wong is amazing. He is very personable, explains things adequately, and meets my needs. I initially went in for cataracts and discovered I had severe dry eye. I also got trifocals with anti-glare on the lenses. The staff are also great. Always in a good mood.

I was so impressed with Dr Wong when I saw him at Costco I wanted to make him my permanent eye doctor. He opened a new practice in Madison Heights and I followed him. He is wonderful. He helped me through getting my cataract surgeries referral and has been just delightful. I can't say anything negative about him or the practice and I think the other reviews emulate exactly how I feel

THE BEST OFFICE EVER!!!!! I unfortunately obtained a corneal abrasion. Hopefully my first and last one. Extremely painful. I called a list of 10 referrals given to me by urgent care. I was hesitant because I didn't know if an Optometrist could help me or if I would get an eye exam and be sent to an Ophthalmologist. I called 2 minutes before closing and was offered a next day appointment. Not just next day but exactly the time I asked for. The receptionist was polite and patient with me. She took her time to answer all of my questions and was extremely accommodating. I feel so bad that I forgot your name. You will know its her if you have the pleasure of hearing her lovely voice on the phone or see her beautiful smile when you walk in the door. When I arrived in a state, I was blessed to meet the staff that I did. So nice polite and professional to say the least. Olivia was assisting Dr. Wong throughout most of my appointments. She is very intelligent! She listens cares, has a ton of patience and a sense of humor. Lol! Now Dr. Wong is the best! I have worked in the medical field for 25 years and I gotta say.... This guy is a diamond in the rough. I do not know if it is possible to find a better eye doctor. The kind careing approach will bring me back as long as he practices if I need any eye care. Took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. Very calming demeanor and friendly smile. Put up with me being a baby with ease. On top of all of it, He fixed my eye! I am switching to an insurance that they might not take but I will definitely pay out of pocket if they are not an in network or a participating provider. Dr. Wong and staff, Thank you for all of your help. You all go above and beyond and I hope you know by now that I appreciate you all at Michigan Eye Consultants!

I started with Dr. Wong when he was in the Costco in Roseville. They have all the latest and greatest technology. I love that I don't have to have air puffed into my eye in order for them to check my eye pressure, lol. They have a great selection of frames, which they offer discounts on through their Clarity membership--even payments through Affirm at no interest for 6 months! Such a deal. And I love their frames--bought 3 today after my annual exam! And Rachael & Olivia were so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!!
