Nice and clean facility. had some eye irritation and they got me in right away to see the doctor, which I really appreciated. I saw Dr. Albear. he was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. He treated the problem the same day and I felt better almost immediately. Great experience overall.

Dr. Albear is the best! I was a bit apprehensive at first, but am very happy I went ahead with my cataract surgery. there was virtually no discomfort and I could see well within 24 hours. I am writing this about a month after the surgery. I am still amazed that after wearing glasses for over 50 years and having decreased vision the past 5 years, Dr. Albear fixed my vision. I selected a multifocal lens and I can wake up without reaching for my glasses in the morning which was probably the most odd feeling the first few weeks. It is nice that I do not have to remember to take my glasses with me everywhere and having to take them off and clean them every half an hour. The surgery has transformed the quality of my life. Again thank you Dr. albear and your very kind staff for helping me regain my sight.

Dr. Albear is a great ophthalmologist! From the very first appointment, his expertise, precision, and genuine care were amazing. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question with patience, and makes you feel completely confident and at ease.

Worse experience ever. I do not want to go back -- and I'll get back and would prefer a location closer to my house (with hopefully a better experience) and I'll get back to why in a minute but the one who answered the phone said "we don't just switch patients around like that"in a very smart nasty way. I respect all SOPs but this feels like it's almost 4:30 and I get off and do not feel like doing all do that (I did call closer to then). I had my eyes dilated and I repeatedly asked when booking and before they put the drops in if I could drive. It made my vision really blurry and it wasn't until I saw the dr that he said oh yeah it'll wear off in 4 hours or so. Driving is not safe if you have a dilated eye exam PLEASE MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. After having all those tests -- no one said anything. They left me an in exam room and the dr comes in and repeatedly asks if I have a family history of glaucoma and I repeatedly answer no but it has me worried. He kept making comments I didn't understand to his "assistant " who seemed to be the only one with a soul left in that building. After a long uncomfortable experience he finally said oh yeah your eye pressure if a little high but there appears to be no damage. Come back in 6 weeks. . I don't care if I go blind I will NEVER step foot in this place. It's awful. They're unprofessional-- even front desk does nothing but talk another their husbands and personal lives -- there's no respect. The whole experience makes me want to throw up. Stay away.

Horrible customer service, after three calls, and the big runaround, even though I had a referral from my Eye doctor, they needed it faxed from him which he did and as of today I finally find out. Oh, we don't even take your insurance. This could've all been handled the first call I made instead of running me around over this.3 weeks later . I could have already found a place that would have taken care of me . I'm so glad I'm not having it done here because if this is how they do business no thanks

I had an excellent experience with Dr.Albear. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain everything. I would definitely recommend him for my family and friends.

After many years using OSM, my wife and I both found it necessary to switch to another practice. Reasons for this include delaying of my cataract surgery several years, and more seriously, a complete failure to take seriously my wife's rare and serious retinal vein occlusion (RVO). Thankfully both of these issues are now being properly addressed by our new ophthalmologist. What a welcome improvement!

I go here with the family. I have been seeing Dr. Albear. I really like this office and the staff. Everyone is very nice and professional.
